Desired - Chicken Caesar Salad or Wrap
I moved to Denver after going through one of the hardest times in my life. I felt lost and completely alone. The weight of the circumstances in my life felt like it was never going to lift. After just moving to Denver, the first friend I ever made and I went walking exploring the cute area next to her apartment when we stumbled across this adorable blue building. Unfortunately it was late, and this place was closed. However, we thought the building was so cute that we still propped our phone up and took a picture in front. After leaving that night, I went home and looked up this restaurant, stalked their Instagram and obsessed over the menu. I couldn't stop thinking about how amazing all of the food looked! The very next day, I went to the restaurant and ordered a Desired Chicken Caesar wrap (I am completely obsessed with Caesar salad wraps) and I was absolutely blown away! It was by far the best chicken Caesar wrap I have ever had! After this, Just Be Kitchen instantly became my happy place. I went to Just Be Kitchen every single Monday for lunch where I would order my favorite wrap, an iced coffee and one of their absolutely delicious baked goods! I became a regular and began to get to know the sweet Monday afternoon team. I kept up my tradition of spending my Monday afternoon's at Just Be Kitchen for almost two straight years, until I had to move states due to work. I just found out that I actually get to move back to Denver this summer! My very first thought was that I now get to start up my weekly visits to Just Be Kitchen again, and I couldn't be more excited. Just Be Kitchen is truly more than a restaurant. It will forever be my happy place and my most favorite place in Denver to go to when I want to feel peace and have a filled heart and a happy tummy!
Brownie
These brownies were DELICIOUS. Fudgy and perfect. I never would've guessed they were gluten free. Will definitely be ordering these again!
Awakened - Breakfast Quesadilla
Sooo good. Always a treasure to find a healthy, hearty, and actually good gf tortilla + meal

It is the best. The tortilla, the green chili, it's all so so so good
Famous - Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives Sampler - Cozy & Wholehearted
The Tripple D sampler is sooo tasty! Also love everything else on their menu. So healthy and nourishing. I highly recommend going here!!
Cozy - Chicken and Dumplings
I don't know how anyone could give JustBe anything other than 5 star review. JustBe is one of my all time favorite restaurants and I have been blown away by everything i've tried off the menu. As a person who struggles to eat out at restaurants and not suffer from immune system or gut reactions, JustBe is a saving grace. Fully gluten free and top allergen free / considerate! And the food is absolutely incredible!! Top quality with a ton of variety. Plus awesome service. Literally can't ask for more. Thank you, JustBe. 10/5
Riot - Buffalo Chicken Wrap
delicious! the wrap, the chicken, the buffalo and ranch. yum. I love the carrots in there too. the only place locally I can eat AND feel good after
Cozy - Chicken and Dumplings
After being diagnosed celiac I thought I would miss out on my favorite comfort foods, one being my mom's chicken and dumplings. I cant explain how happy it made me to be able to eat one so similar to my moms AND be gluten free! Absolutely delicious, the dumplings are the perfect texture. Happy to say I can still enjoy one of my favorite comfort foods
Creamy Chicken & Rice Soup
Fabulous soups. We Have tried the green pea, creamy chicken & rice and the squash (?) soup. Also the winter harvest salad, almond flour tortillas, and fabulous brownies.
Desired - Chicken Caesar
I LOVE this Chicken Caesar! I often make it into a wrap with the almond flour tortilla and it's truly so delicious. It's so hard to find a GF Chicken Caesar wrap (I don't think i've ever been able to find one somewhere else) and this just hits the spot every time.
