We BElieved there was a gap in the market for a fast-casual that pushed the boundaries of what is currently offered today by being 100% void of major allergens.

Our goal is to nourish guests & show you don’t have to avoid traditional dishes you love & that eating healthy can make you feel full and satisfied instead of the feeling of lack and sacrifice.
