Spring Equinox: Heal Your Relationship With Transitions

The Spring Equinox marks a time of transition. We have natural transitions that occur in our everyday life. One prominent transition that is often overlooked is transitioning in and out of a meal.

Do you find yourself rushing into a meal or speeding out of one to get on to the next thing? Do you feel disconnected, drained, and exhausted by the end of the day? Do you judge yourself after every meal?

If you’re ready to have a more satiating experience around food this is the workshop for you! We will explore new tools you can utilize to enter into and exit out of your meals in a way that leaves you feeling less stressed throughout your day and more connected to yourself.

How we approach one thing is often how we approach all things. Increasing your ability to show up for you as you transition into and out of your meals, can support with navigating other transitions with more ease.
