Are you mindfully at home? It is important to find out what home truly means to us – to be in tune with the home we carry with us, ourselves, and mindfully connect within so we can connect without hesitation, limitation, or disbelief. Nurturing our soul’s home leads to more connection, understanding, and strong relationships with the ones (including your fur babies) we share our physical household with.

At this event you will learn various mindfulness techniques and how they support our manifestations, self-awareness, and social/emotional development in the home. Be mindfully at home with yourself and witness how the whole family will benefit.

Emily Fenger is a Mindfulness Coach, with certificates in Integrative Wellness, Meditation, Breathwork, and Reiki. She is also a trained birth and bereavement doula. After navigating the early stages of parenthood, Emily decided to take her six years in wellness program development and focus on mindfully supporting parents through their emotional and energetic journeys. Mindful Mamas Integrative Wellness brings mindfulness to all chapters of motherhood – from preconception, postpartum, as well as loss. Emily is passionate about bringing mindfulness to the whole family and providing space for all voices to be heard. Emily offers 1:1 mindfulness coaching sessions and group workshops
