5 Key Steps to Reversing Autoimmune Disease

Are you or someone you love suffering from an autoimmune disease? Symptoms can be debilitating, but there are ways to help that!

Come learn 5 critical steps of how you can actually reverse your condition! Most conventional medical experts will only tell you how to “manage” your autoimmune disease with medications. We will share proven and actionable steps that you can take to empower you to take your health into your own hands right away.

Dr. Soyona Rafatjah is a board-certified Family Medicine physician and Medical Director and Co-Founder of PrimeHealth. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Michigan with a BSE in Biomedical Engineering, received her medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, and did her residency training at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL.

Dr. Rafatjah is passionate about helping her patients reach their health goals. She helps them to address the root cause of their issues and focus on disease prevention in addition to treatment. With the knowledge and tools she gives them, her patients feel in control of their own health. Through an intimate, patient-physician partnership, and a whole-body approach, she and her patients develop a personalized treatment plan which adjusts to their needs and environment over time.

Whitney Shook is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner focused on helping women feel less alone as they work on navigating autoimmune disease. She runs Rooted in Healing, an online nutrition practice that focuses on helping people reverse autoimmune disease through diet and lifestyle changes. She is deeply passionate about bio-individual nutrition, root cause healing, and helping clients practice mindful self-compassion as they navigate the ups and downs of life with chronic illness. Her gentle approach to healing empowers clients to move forward with confidence around food and the tools they need to recenter if they ever get off track.
